Criminal Appeals
Attorneys at SC Appellate Law Group, LLC handle direct criminal appeals, petitions for writ of certiorari to the South Carolina Supreme Court, and federal habeas petitions for convicted inmates. We are also available to handle state habeas petitions and petitions for writs of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. We also are licensed to perfect federal criminal appeals in the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal.
